Made the same way as the Blanc de Blanc Les Mesnil NV, this is the Zero Dosage version, its fascinating to taste the two side by side. The base of this wine is the 2007 vintage and the parcel of fruit that performed in this year different to the current Les Mesnil NV, the older vines at 60+ years loving the weather conditions in 2007. One taste though and youll be left wondering if you have the right bottle, the fruit concentration of this wine leaves you wondering if it is zero dosage.
